More Mold Making

First let me say, this mold making process is a lot of work.



The clay work from the previous post is now shown covered with plaster and burlap with a plaster finish coat.



Once the plaster has cured, it's flipped over, the maquette protected and the foam core platform and wed clay flange removed.
Second part of this pic is the same clay build up done over the back of the maquette that was done on the front that is to represent the silicone.



Here it is with the complete plaster jacket.
